Welcome to Flute Fix
Coronavirus
I am still repairing seeing as I have been virtually self isolated for the past 12 years since setting up on my own! All instruments will have to have a thorough strip down and clean sorry no simple set ups. I will clean the case with anti bac wipes. Once your instrument is finished I will clean it over with a anti bac wipe with new gloves on then wipe over with a E cloth. When you get the instrument back, like all parcels unwrap it and throw the packaging away then wash your hands. If you are worried open the case and leave for 24 hours before touching it.
Flute Fix offers an affordable, reliable and hassle free repair service for all woodwind instruments. From minor repairs to complete rebuilds you can rest assure that your instrument will return to you in a like new condition having been worked on by experienced hands.
Having
your instrument repaired by Flute Fix couldn't be easier as all you
need do is send it to Sally from your nearest
Post Office. Sally knows only too well that being without your instrument
can be most annoying and will endeavour to return your instrument to
you within 7 to 14 days. For re-builds
and during busier times
the turnaround time may be slightly longer but Sally will notify at
the time of enquiry.
Sally has been repairing woodwind instruments since 1992. She is very passionate about her work and is always happy to give help and advice. As her previous employer, David Farley once said "Sally is without doubt an extremely competent individual. She has a wide knowledge of Flutes, Saxophones, Clarinets and Piccolos. Her work is of the highest standard and the most consistent I have come across. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone considering sending instruments to her"
Sally has been the on-site repairer at the biennial British Flute Society Convention since 2008, where Sally offers free flute check overs and minor repairs during the Convention.
